Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or within the same time. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping costs with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or over sized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. At this time, products they are available to ship to APO or FPO addresses will ship via USPS Parcel Post. We regret that at this time we cannot ship to foreign countries.

*The regular shipping charges stated on the delivery chart cover Parcel Post Delivery and are per address. These charges do not include Surcharges that may apply to some items or Rush Charges. Rush Delivery and Processing
For an extra charge of $15 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 12 pm CST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items or for some items shipped from the manufacturer.Rush orders cannot be sent to a P.O. box; please call 1.888.245.8342 for information.
Shipping Perishables
Some of the items we sell are considered "perishable". This means that the item is prepared fresh for you at the time you order it. Because the item is fresh, the packages are not in transit on Saturday and Sunday. Our perishable items include Organic fruit baskets, Organic fruit gift boxed items, and Fresh Wreaths.
* Perishable items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Perishable item ordering deadlines:
3-day shipping = Place your order before 11:00 a.m.CST Tuesday to arrive by Friday
2-day shipping = Place your order before 11:00 a.m.CST Wednesday to arrive by Friday
Orders not received by the time line stated above will ship on the following Monday.
Furniture Delivery
Most furniture items ship via In Home Service that includes delivery over the threshold of the home. If "Platinum Service included" appears in the description of the item, we offer additional services that include unpacking, furniture assembly, and removal of packing materials.Please note : At this time, "eco furniture" items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Sales Tax
If your order is being shipped to Tennessee, a sales tax of 9.5% is added automatically during the check process. If placing your order by phone , one of our customer service specialist will calculate the applicable sales tax.
