Return Policy : We value our relationship with our customers. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us within 3 days of any damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If, within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Simply return the item and once it has been received and inspected we will then refund the credit card used during time of purchase, exchange the item, or apply a store credit for you to use at your convenience.
Please note : We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
• Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
• A refund on shipping is credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
• Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate or store credit.
